Unlike regular staffing agencies, we extend the placement fee for 1 year and charge just 1% of a hire’s annual salary each month for a 12 month period. We do not charge 20 or 25% upfront fee! This is a risk free approach. If for some reason candidate leaves the job before completing one year, clients do not pay for the hire then on. This is a huge benefit, as it cuts down the risk from clients end and helps them use their resources in a right manner.
Recruiters work round the clock in all time zones and they can present suitable candidates swiftly. We see from hiring manager’s point of view and formulate screening questions and submit candidates.
